Pigfish, as an entirely new and unique concept, needed a brand that could differentiate itself from other fast-casual restaurants. The primary driving force behind Pigfish was a vision for “the perfect fish sandwich” and a focus on combining sustainably sourced seafood with food systems education.
ATLARGE needed to develop a highly recognizable brand, map a thoughtful customer experience, create a space that fulfilled specific requirements for a “parked food truck” atmosphere, and generate community engagement around the grand opening and the continued success of the business.

These initiatives aimed to infuse the restaurant's online persona with a blend of charm, wit, and catchy engagement, ensuring it stood out. This approach played a vital role in amplifying the restaurant's appeal and expanding its reach to a broader audience.

In partnership with DreamLarge Hospitality, we assembled a committed team to ensure smooth restaurant operations. This encompassed staffing, management, and all aspects of running the restaurant efficiently. Additionally, we implemented cutting-edge technology, including AI for quantifying sales and restaurant attendance, as well as a state-of-the-art point-of-sale system, further enhancing operational efficiency.
